Real Estate Postcard Marketing - The Book

Don't spend a dime on real estate postcards until you read this book.

Real Estate Postcard Book

Dear Real Estate Professional,

Do you use real estate postcards as part of your overall marketing program? Do you plan to launch a postcard marketing program in the near future?

If you answered "yes" to either of the questions above, you owe it to yourself to download my real estate postcard marketing book today.

What are real estate marketing postcards?

Let's start with a basic definition, just so we are on the same page. Real estate marketing postcards are any postcards mailed by a real estate agent with the purpose of generating new business.

So why use real estate postcards? You probably know part of this answer already, so I'll just fill in the gaps. Real estate postcards are a time-tested way to (A) promote your services; (B) attract new clients; (C) announce new listings on the market; and (D) promote open houses, home buying seminars, and other real estate events.

Postcard marketing in the past

In the past, real estate postcards all followed the same basic formula. If it was a "just listed" or "just sold" postcard, it had a picture of the home with the agent's photo and phone number. If it was a general marketing postcard, it had the agent's photo and phone number with a message that said something like, "I'm a real estate agent in your neighborhood. Call me if you're planning to sell your home in the near future."

Old-fashioned postcards no longer work

For years — decades even — the real estate postcards described above worked just fine. There were fewer agents back then, less advertising mail in the average consumer's mailbox, and no such thing as the Internet. But things have certainly changed.

Today, the "old-fashioned" postcard marketing strategies simply fail to generate a response. The real estate industry is more competitive, direct mail volumes have risen, and consumers have access to more information via the Internet. As a result, real estate postcards that employ these worn-out strategies have become invisible to the average consumer.

But there is a better way.

A modern approach to postcard marketing

The real estate postcard book teaches you to avoid falling into the trap mentioned above. You'll be amazed at how simple this concept is, once I've outlined it for you. Here's the gist of it. Most buyers and sellers use the Internet for research, right? Right. So why not use your postcards to drive them where they're more inclined to go — to your website or blog.

That's half of the equation. The other half is creating web-based resources that people will really want, and to incorporate some form of lead capture. That's really all there is to it.

Of course, I've simplified things to their purest form. But if you beging thinking this way about real estate postcards, you'll have a much better chance of generating responses and growing your business. My real estate postcard book is the first step, and it's a step you can take right now.
