Real Estate Marketing Idea - Boost Your PR Presence

What is PR and what does it have to do with real estate marketing?

PR, or public relations, refers to a variety of techniques and practices intended to generate publicity and awareness.

In short, a PR program is designed to get people talking and writing about your real estate services.

Forgotten Tool of Real Estate Marketers?
Agents and brokers have used direct marketing tactics for decades. A farming postcard or letter is direct marketing in its purest form. It's my experience, however, that real estate professionals don't use PR effectively, if at all.

A strong PR program can give real estate agents more exposure than traditional advertising, and for a fraction of the cost. So it's always a good idea to add some element of PR to your marketing mix.

Do You Use Real Estate Postcards?

Are real estate postcards part of your overall marketing program?

If so, you'll be happy to know that I've just completed an e-book on postcard marketing. It's available for immediate download from www.realestatepostcardbook.com. You'll might also like the postcard tutorials that can be found on the site.

Also worth a look is the Super Cards approach to postcard marketing. This is basically what the entire 100+ page book is about, in one regard or another.

If you have questions about this book or need additional info, please see the author's blog on the website listed above.

Until next time,
